Much of our core infrastructure of sewers, watermains, roads, bridges, electrical power and transit are coming to the end of their life cycle. Ontario is on the verge of a new era of renewed commitment to water and sewage infrastructure. This era should be characterized by high public confidence in the safety of its drinking water, the timely reconstruction of aging facilities and an understanding and acceptance by all that the financial sustainability of our water and sewage systems is paramount.

Due Diligence for HARTline 01/06/2005 HARTline, the Hillsborough County’s (Florida) regional transit system, recently awarded two General Engineering Consultant (GEC) contracts to TBE and has issued the first task order under each of the contracts. HARTline is planning to build a permanent Net Park transit facility to replace its existing temporary facility. Under the first task order, TBE performed due diligence to determine the feasibility of building the permanent facility adjacent to the temporary facility at the former East Lake Square Mall, now called Netpark. In addition, HARTline wants to purchase property from Hillsborough County to build its Northwest transit facility in northwestern Hillsborough County. Under the first task order, TBE will be performing due diligence to determine the feasibility of acquiring the property.
