William Dell’Osso Appointed Project Manager

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – TBE Group, a full service international civil engineering and consulting firm specializing in subsurface utility engineering (SUE), survey, right-of-way mapping, and utility coordination services, is pleased to announce the appointment of William D. Dell’Osso, PSM, as Project Manager. Based in TBE’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office, Dell’Osso will coordinate and manage surveying, right-of-way mapping and SUE projects in south Florida.

Dell’Osso joins TBE after a 30-year career at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 4 Surveying and Mapping office in Fort Lauderdale, where he was a Senior Project Manager in the Location Survey Department. His responsibilities included writing contract scopes of services, selecting consultants, and managing projects and in-house survey staff. Dell’Osso is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM).

“After a long and illustrious career at FDOT, Bill brings to TBE his valuable survey project management experience as well as his extensive knowledge of FDOT policies and procedures and his strong relationships with FDOT staff,” said Director Mark Sowers, TBE’s Business Unit Manager for the Fort Lauderdale office. “We welcome Bill and look forward to his applying his outstanding project management skills to our survey and SUE projects in south Florida.”
