TBE Wins First SUE Contract in Tucson 03/07/2005 Tucson, located in Pima County, is the second-largest city in Arizona. With TBE’s Phoenix office well established and busy with Maricopa County and statewide projects, TBE turned its business development attention to Tucson and Pima County. The marketing and educational efforts were rewarded. The Tucson Water Department was impressed with TBE’s Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) capabilities, and the City of Tucson awarded TBE a one-year on-call SUE contract, with two additional one-year renewal options. This is the first on-call SUE contract awarded by a government agency in Pima County.
