TBE’s Goals and Objectives
It is the goal of TBE to produce sound, economical solutions to engineering and planning problems, while keeping in mind the best interests of the client and maintaining the highest level of professional ethics, quality control and engineering practices. By combining our education, training, experience and talent, each of us supplies a very important element of the final product. Each year, through strategic planning sessions and management retreats, the Company adopts goals, objectives and strategies designed to carry out our mission. Associates are informed of our progress toward meeting our goals through quarterly State-of-the-Company meetings, the TBE INK newsletter, monthly General TQM meetings and other informational meetings throughout the year.
